Company synopsis

Kaiser 1 Furniture Industry (Vietnam) CO.,LTD was established in 2004. It is a 100% Taiwanese owned solid investment manufacturing factory. The furniture category that Kaiser mainly focuses on is American bedroom furniture, also we produced other category dining room, occasional tables wall unit and home office.

Kaiser is located in My Phouc industrial park in Binh Duong province, which is 60 kilometers North West of Ho Chi Minh City. The total area is 300,000 square meters and total investment is over USD 100,000,000. Currently Kaiser Furniture has around 5000 workers with total of 7 finishing line and one white wood line. The total capacity currently Kaiser has 1000 containers per month.

Besides the high efficiency production line, Kaiser also has a complete management team and R&D department. The R&D department is mainly focused on using the newest material skill and machinery.

Kaiser also has the most advanced machine compared to most of the factories in Asia. We also have a strong IT department. That can help Kaiser become more efficient to have good management and control on purchasing, production, warehousing, finance and human resources.

Kaiser also has our own testing lab and our EMC testing room. We are the only factory that has a testing lab that can do everything the USA requires in testing in Asia. The main purpose of building a testing lab in the factory is to ensure all the products from the packing line to the customer will meet customer’s requirement as well as testing standards.
